Nordic Walking

New in our offer is the Nordic Walking group, which should appeal especially to our seniors. In principle, Nordic Walking is suitable for trained and untrained people.

Nordic Walking is the perfect endurance sport for seniors. With two sticks fast walking is supported.

By using the poles, the muscles of the upper body are stressed additionally.

We meet every Sunday from 10:00 to 11:00 at the Riemer See (Bugasee) at the kiosk. Minimum attendance is 3 people.

In Riemer Park is a lot of green, beautiful old trees, a lake with clear water and wonderful air to breathe.
